TERMS OF SALE
#1.) Prices: All prices are subject to change without notice.
#2.) Currency: All prices listed are in US Dollars.
#3.) Payment: All forms of payment are payable in US Dollars. All orders are subject to credit card approval.
#4.) Inventory: Subject to availability.
#5.) Shipping: Products are shipped from a variety of locations based on the location being shipped to. Freight costs are prepaid and added to the order as shipping and handling charges. - Items in stock shipped within 3 to 10 business days on average. All out of stock items will be shipped based on our response quotation within 1 to 2 weeks, which may require a 6 to 8 weeks lead time plus shipping time. We normally ship ground UPS, but reserve the right to ship small orders, (generally 1-6 lbs.), via USPS Priority Mail. All shipments must be sent to street addresses, not P.O. Boxes.
#6.) Damage Claims: Please inspect all shipments promptly and make any damage claims to DecoratingEdge.net for any UPS shipments. DecoratingEdge.net will assist in the process of collections.
#7.) Shortages: Claims for shortages or errors must be made in writing within 15 days from date of purchase.
#8.) Returns: Our return policy is only for defective units or damages during shipping. Claims must be made within 30 days of receiving the product. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable except for manufacturer defects. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. We suggest you obtain a tracking number for your return shipment. All returns must be received by DecoratingEdge.net within 30 days of RMA No. issued.
#9.) Returning a Purchase: Returns must be approved and assigned a return of merchandise authorization number (RMA) by emailing us at info@decoratingedge.net. All unauthorized return shipments will be refused. Your refund will be issued upon receipt and inspection of the product in our warehouse. Please allow 10 -15 days for your return to be credited or exchange made. You will be notified on where to ship the product to upon receiving your RMA.
